Enhancing Circular and Sustainable Bioeconomy
Co-financed by COMPETE2020 under SIAC – Collective Actions Support System, the WinBio project involves an eligible investment of 762 thousand euros. The project aims to enhance the economic valorization of Research and Development results and strengthen the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge to the business sector of inland territories within the Circular and Sustainable Bioeconomy.
Activity 1
Preparation of studies, research and diagnostics directly related to the development of the project.
Activity 2
Promotion and dissemination of project activities and results, including creative development and production of graphic, audiovisual or multimedia materials.
Activity 3
Organisation of knowledge and technology dissemination and diffusion events.
Activity 4
Organisation and implementation of awareness, information and demonstration actions.
Focusing on the Centre, North and Alentejo of Portugal, the project aims to:
- The promotion and incorporation of the Circular and Sustainable Bioeconomy theme among the business sector of the hinterland territories;
- The increase of information about Circular and Sustainable Bioeconomy directed to the business sector of the hinterland territories;
- The dynamisation of a network of skills for knowledge transfer and technological intensification in Sustainable and Circular Bioeconomy;
- The production and dissemination of relevant information on new opportunities for valorisation and transfer of knowledge in the field of Sustainable Circular Bioeconomy;
- The increase of the level of valorisation, transfer and exploitation of scientific and technological knowledge through methodologies and tools associated with the management of intellectual property.
